Warren Cann is the Chief Executive Officer of the Parenting Research Centre, an independent non-profit organisation that conducts research into parenting; translates scientific knowledge into strategies, programs and resources designed to support families in the role of raising their children; and supports the implementation of evidence based approaches to parenting support in community organisations. The Centre’s research focus includes early parenting, parenting in adversity and parenting children with complex needs. Warren is also a Board Director of the Raising Children Network, the national parenting information system, and Honorary Research Fellow with the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute. He is a clinically trained psychologist with over 25 years experience in working with families and training parenting professionals.
