Dr Adrian Cameron’s research is focused on improving the food environment to encourage healthy eating and obesity prevention. Together with colleagues at Deakin University’s Global Obesity Centre, he is conducting supermarket trials to generate the evidence required to influence retailers, advocates and policy makers. He has received several research awards for his work (including the Konrad Jamrozik Prize from the 2015 Population Health Congress) and is a section editor for BMC Obesity. He is currently supported by grants and fellowships from VicHealth, NHMRC and ARC.
