Dr Kimberley Mallan is a senior research fellow at the Institute of Health and Biomedical Innovation and the School of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences at Queensland University of Technology. She has a background in psychology and has been working with the early child nutrition group at QUT since 2011 when she joined as a postdoctoral fellow funded by Heinz.
