Professor Simone Pettigrew holds a joint position at the UWA School of Sport Science, Exercise and Health and the UWA Business School. Her primary research focus is health promotion, primarily in relation to obesity, alcohol consumption, aging, and mental health. Her work is centred on multi-level behavioural change strategies that include communications to motivate individuals to adopt healthier practices and environmental modifications to make the healthy choice the easy choice.
